It's time to get moving...time to get off the treadmill and get outside. I have about 760 running miles logged this year. I would like to have 800 by the end of November.
just coming back from an acl injury im slowly gettin back into running and loving every min. i'm currently covering about 20-25 miles a week so in November in goin to try and up this to 25-30 each week. all this whilst playing football (soccer)and keeping up my weight training. How do i ever find the time to work??
