My goals are: I have decided to train for a marathon to be run in October and would like to incorporate this training into the bicycling and martial arts I already do. My favorite sports include: cycling yoga My other favorite activities include: Tae kwon do; weight training. My dog has agreed to be my running partner although he says he's not so sure about the longer miles. My daughter has agreed to run with me also. When I'm not being insane I'm a nurse working with patients with kidney disease. I have a large amount of stress in my job so exercise helps me deal with it. The idea to do a marathon came up as a way to challenge myself physically.
